Year 2025 - New Year's Eve & Christmas - Year 2026

Please take note of the Holidays date listed below and order in advance as there will be possible disruptions to transport/couriers during this period.**

Pet Usuals will be closed on: 15/12/2025 - and will re-open at: 12/01/2026

Any orders made during this period will be processed when we return.

All deliveries, collections for all orders and frozen food and all despatch will be delayed during this period and will recommence on 12/01/2026

To ensure we can continue to provide you with an efficient service during the Public Holiday period this information may be updated at any time without notice.

ORDERS DELIVERY / COLLECTION:

Will be affected on that days. Delays are possible before and after this period.

During this period orders will be processed as usual. There will be no delivery for frozen food during this period.

FROZEN FOOD ORDERS DELIVERY / COLLECTION:

All frozen food orders processing, delivery and collections will be delayed during these dates.

To avoid any disappointment please place your orders early.
